How to report fraud

If you suspect unauthorized activity on:	Take this action:

Ameriprise Visa ATM/debit card or checks	Call 888.356.1006.
Ameriprise^® Visa Signature^® Credit Card Program	Call 866.879.4005 to report a fraud claim. Call 800.260.8469 for support on an existing fraud claim.
Non-Ameriprise accounts	Contact your advisor or call customer service at 800.862.7919 to inquire about additional security measures to help protect your Ameriprise accounts if your accounts elsewhere may have been compromised.

If you receive a suspicious email from Ameriprise Financial or your advisor and:	Take this action:
You have responded to it with your account or personal information	Call us immediately at 800.862.7919.
You have not responded to it	Forward it to us right away at: anti.fraud@ampf.com Do not remove the original subject line or change the email in any way when forwarding. Watch for an auto-generated reply to let you know we’ve received your email. If we confirm the email is fraudulent, we will take appropriate action immediately.
